ICEE is the only International Exhibition for Consumer Electronics of The Russian Federation.It's one of the top 10 consumer electronics and appliances exhibitions in the world.ICEE is a part of The Russian Week of High Technologies (RWHT)，The Russian National exhibition and generaly valued in Russian-speaking areas.The Russian Week of High Technologies (RWHT) consists of three parts: Russian International Showcase of Consumer Electronics(ICEE), Russian International Exhibition for Information and Communication Technology (SVIZA), and Russian Navitech Exposition(NAVITECH).

The 37th session has been held since 1975.ICEE is the largest and earliest electronic and electrical appliances exhibition in the Russian Federation and Eastern Europe. After 48 years of market tempering, it is one of the most professional and important ways for the development of consumer electronics, home appliances, outdoor electronics, electronic components, and other products in the Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe markets at present.

The Russian Week of High Technologies (RWHT) is co-organized by the Russian State Duma Committee, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Telecommunications and Mass Media, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and the Russian Federal Communications Agency, supported by the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It is attracting many business leaders every year , and scholars which are all the professional visitors for the exhibition.
